End User License Agreement

1. Grant of licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Snappy Capture for your own work, subject to the device limits of your plan.

2. Device slots

• Basic — one extension device slot and one web slot, counted independently.
• PRO — two extension device slots and two web slots, counted independently.

Need to move to a new computer? Ask support to reset your device slots and re-activate with the same code.

3. Restrictions

• No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the software or your activation code.
• No modification, decompilation, or circumvention of licence verification.
• No use of the software to build a competing product.

4. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with us. Content you create with Snappy Capture belongs entirely to you.

5. Updates

Updates published to the Chrome Web Store are covered by this agreement. Major new products may require a separate licence.

6. Termination

This licence ends if you breach its terms or request a refund. On termination you must stop using paid features; the extension continues to work in Free mode.
