Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing the Snappy Capture extension or using the web portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Your account and license

Licenses are issued per email address and bound to a limited number of device slots. You are responsible for keeping your activation code private. Sharing, reselling, or publishing an activation code is not permitted and may result in revocation without refund.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Snappy Capture to capture content you have no right to capture.
• Do not attempt to bypass licensing, tamper with signed tokens, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harassing, or infringing purposes.

4. Plans

Free features are available without activation. Basic and PRO features unlock after a valid license is activated. Feature sets and device limits are described on the homepage and may evolve as the product improves.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Capture features work locally in your browser and continue to function during short backend maintenance windows.

6. Intellectual property

Snappy Capture, its mascot, branding, and software are owned by us. You keep full ownership of every screenshot and guide you create.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a license that breaches these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
