Snappy Capture beta access is provided for a one-time fee and remains valid through December 31, 2026. Purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. We do not offer a trial-period, change-of-mind, partial, prorated, or unused-time refund.
2. Review before purchasing
Please review the plan comparison, supported features, and access period before purchasing.
- Confirm that you can install and run a Chrome extension on your device.
- Choose the plan containing the capture, editing, audio, or video tools you need.
- Understand that beta access ends on December 31, 2026.
3. Technical support
If you experience an activation or technical problem, email tamparongsarahrose@gmail.com with your activation email and a description of the issue. We will provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance, but a support request does not create refund eligibility.
4. Billing errors and legal rights
We will investigate a genuine duplicate charge or unauthorized transaction. Nothing in this policy removes a refund, replacement, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
5. Chargebacks and reversed payments
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, the related license and paid access may be suspended or revoked. Locally exported files remain on your device.
