Refund Policy

1. 14-day guarantee

Snappy Capture licenses are a one-time purchase. If the extension does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will return your payment.

2. Eligibility

• The request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The request comes from the email address on the license.
• The license has not been shared, resold, or used in breach of the Terms of Service.

3. How to request

Email tamparongsarahrose@gmail.com with your activation email and a short note about what went wrong, or send a direct message using the link below. Most refunds are approved within 3 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. After a refund

Refunded licenses are deactivated. The extension keeps working in Free mode and your saved screenshots stay on your device.

5. Try support first

Many issues are activation-related and solved in minutes. Reach out before requesting a refund and we will do our best to fix it.
